The HY-230 automatic feeding, screen printing and capping machine is mainly suitable for the packaging process of centrifuge tubes. This machine adopts oscillating bottle unscrambler and disc screen printing, with reasonable design.

The transmission of the machine adopts mechanical transmission, which is accurate and stable without air pollution and errors in the coordination of various mechanisms. When working, the noise is low, the loss is low, the work is stable, and the output is stable!

Working Principle:

Place the centrifuge tube in the hopper manually, turn on the button, and the feeding machine will automatically sort the material. After the centrifuge tube arrives on the conveyor belt, the conveyor belt will then bring the centrifuge tube to the screen printing station, total 15 stations. The disc is used for positioning the tubes during screen printing. After the screen printing is completed, the centrifuge tube will be automatically taken at the capping and screwing station, it will automatically cap and screw. After the capping is completed, the material will be discharged automatically.
